Vostok Europe South Pole Black Solar Chronograph on Mesh
The Expedition South Pole VR42-592A761B combines a semi-transparent black dial, red accents and a stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet. This 43mm solar chronograph brings timing and power-storage functions into the smaller South Pole case.
Solar power with chronograph timing
The Japanese S. Epson VR42 solar quartz movement takes energy from light and stores it in a rechargeable cell. It combines time and date with a 30-minute chronograph, a 24-hour display linked to the main time and a power-storage indicator. A full charge provides approximately five months of running time.
Black dial with red chronograph details
Pale hands and hour markers stand out against the dark dial, with red accents on the chronograph and power display. Super-LumiNova assists low-light reading, and a 3.7mm anti-reflective K1 crystal covers the face.
Steel mesh and measured fit
The stainless steel Milanese mesh bracelet is the configuration supplied for this listing. The case measures 43mm across, 15.4mm thick and 52.6mm lug to lug, with 22mm lugs, a solid screw-in back and a 200m water-resistance rating. The base model is produced in an edition of 3,000 pieces and presented in a VE paper box.
