Shop Unlimited Rewards Club – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Shop Unlimited Rewards Club (“Rewards Club”). By joining and participating in the Rewards Club, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Membership
· The Shop Unlimited Rewards Club is free to join, with no monthly or ongoing membership fees.
· The Rewards Club is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
· Membership is available to registered Shop Unlimited customers only.
· Shop Unlimited reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at any time if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
2. Earning Reward Points
· Members earn Reward Points when placing an order with Shop Unlimited.
· Reward Points will only be credited once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched by our supplier.
· The number of Reward Points awarded is based on the value of the item(s) purchased, excluding delivery charges, taxes, refunds, or discounts, unless stated otherwise.
· Members may also earn additional Reward Points through activities within the Rewards App, including but not limited to:
o Adding a birthday to their account
o Following Shop Unlimited on social media platforms (such as Facebook and TikTok)
o Other promotional activities offered from time to time
· Bonus point activities may be subject to limits, availability, and specific conditions and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
3. Using Reward Points
· Reward Points may be redeemed for discounts, rewards, or offers as displayed within the Rewards App.
· Reward Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 points by using the in-web Rewards App to generate a redemption code or voucher.
· Points may be redeemed as soon as they are available or saved to build a higher balance for greater rewards.
· Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Reward Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared between accounts.
4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
· If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded (in full or in part), any Reward Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account.
· Where Reward Points have already been redeemed, Shop Unlimited reserves the right to adjust the points balance accordingly or withhold future Reward Points.
· Reward Points will not be awarded for cancelled, returned, or unfulfilled orders.
5. Expiry of Reward Points
· Reward Points may expire if a member’s account remains inactive for a specified period, as detailed within the Rewards App.
· Shop Unlimited reserves the right to amend expiry periods with reasonable notice.
6. Changes to the Rewards Club
· Shop Unlimited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Rewards Club or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
· Any changes will be communicated via the website, Rewards App, or email where appropriate.
· Continued participation in the Rewards Club following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
7. Data Protection
· Personal data collected in connection with the Rewards Club will be processed in accordance with Shop Unlimited’s Privacy Policy.
· By joining the Rewards Club, members consent to the use of their personal data for the administration and operation of the scheme.
8. General
· Reward Points are issued at the sole discretion of Shop Unlimited.
· Shop Unlimited’s decision regarding any aspect of the Rewards Club shall be final.
· These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
