Discount Code Terms & Conditions

All discount codes are issued at the sole discretion of Shop Unlimited and may be withdrawn, amended, or refused at any time without notice.

Discount codes are provided as a promotional benefit and do not form part of any contractual agreement. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit the use of any discount code where we believe it has been applied incorrectly, shared without permission, or used in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose.

We also reserve the right to cancel or amend any order where a discount has been applied in error, including where pricing, promotion, or technical issues have occurred.

Exclusions

Discount codes are not valid on the following categories:

  • Sewing Machines
  • Crafting Machines
  • Mattresses

General Conditions

  • Discount codes may be limited to specific products, categories, customers, or promotional periods.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the use of discount codes where misuse or abuse is suspected.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
