We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
