Terms of Service

Shop Unlimited Live Ltd | Last updated: 22 October 2026

Welcome to Shop Unlimited

Welcome to Shop Unlimited, operated by Shop Unlimited Live Ltd. We're delighted to bring you an exciting range of products through our website, television shopping programmes and other retail services.

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse our website, create an account or purchase products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Shop Unlimited is operated by Shop Unlimited Live Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15580598.

Our retail services include online shopping, television shopping, telephone ordering, customer support and associated promotional activities.

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform supporting our online store. Your contract for products purchased directly from Shop Unlimited is with Shop Unlimited Live Ltd, not Shopify.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shop Unlimited Live Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to our customers and website users.

2. Using Our Website & Services

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the rules relating to website use set out in these Terms.

When you place an order, the applicable contractual terms will form part of your purchase agreement, provided they have been made available to you before the contract is formed.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing orders or contacting our team.

You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or misuse any of our services.

We may take reasonable and proportionate action to protect our customers, systems and business from suspected fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.

3. Placing Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected, at the price and on the terms presented to you.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request. For online orders, it does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Unless we expressly accept an online order earlier, a contract for that order is formed when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

For telephone orders or other direct sales, a contract may be formed when our team expressly accepts your order during the transaction or through a subsequent acceptance confirmation.

Before accepting an order, we may need to verify payment, delivery details, stock availability or other relevant information.

We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a genuine pricing or product listing error.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, we will arrange a full refund without undue delay.

Once a contract has been formed, our obligations and your cancellation rights are governed by the contract and applicable consumer law. We cannot cancel an accepted contract arbitrarily or use these Terms to override your statutory rights.

4. Pricing, Payments & Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, promotional offers and other information are accurate across our website and television shopping services.

All advertised consumer prices include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise in a context where that presentation is lawful.

Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be communicated clearly in accordance with consumer pricing requirements, including before you commit to purchase.

Occasionally, genuine mistakes may occur in product listings, prices or promotional information.

If we identify an error before accepting your order, we may contact you to explain the issue and offer the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or cancel without charge.

We will not increase the price of an order after a contract has been formed without an applicable lawful basis and your agreement where required.

Where an obvious and genuine pricing mistake is discovered after a contract has been formed, the legal position will depend on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms gives us an unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order due to a pricing error.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be subject to verification and authorisation by the relevant payment provider.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and take lawful and proportionate steps to protect our customers and business.

5. Product Descriptions & Availability

We aim to describe our products accurately and provide clear information about their main features, specifications, pricing and availability.

Product photographs and television demonstrations are intended to help illustrate the products we sell. Minor differences in colour appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings, but products must still correspond to their descriptions and meet applicable consumer rights standards.

All products are subject to stock availability.

Stock levels may change during live television programmes, promotional events and busy shopping periods.

If we discover that an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly to explain the situation and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a refund or, with your agreement, an alternative product or delivery arrangement.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Where products are described as limited edition, exclusive, clearance or available in limited quantities, those descriptions are intended to reflect genuine product or stock characteristics.

6. Television Shopping & Live Promotions

Shop Unlimited operates television shopping programmes and may offer products during live broadcasts, recorded programmes and repeat transmissions.

Prices, promotional availability and stock quantities can change between the original broadcast and a subsequent transmission.

Where a programme is repeated, an offer shown during the original broadcast may have expired or stock may no longer be available. We will seek to communicate relevant limitations clearly and avoid misleading customers.

The current price and availability applicable to your proposed purchase will be made clear before your order is confirmed.

Certain offers may be available only during specified promotional periods or while genuine promotional stock remains available.

Any applicable product claims, descriptions or commitments made during our television shopping programmes remain subject to consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for legally binding product information.

7. Delivery & Dispatch

We work with fulfilment providers, suppliers and delivery partners to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Our standard dispatch target is generally 5-7 working days, unless a different timeframe is specified for the product or agreed with you.

Certain products, including watches requiring additional quality checks, special-order products and items supplied directly by a third-party fulfilment partner, may have different dispatch arrangements.

Where an item is offered on an extended-delivery or pre-order basis, we will provide relevant delivery information before purchase so that you can decide whether to proceed.

Dispatch estimates are not a blanket extension of our legal delivery obligations.

Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you, we will deliver goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

If delivery is delayed, please contact us. Your rights relating to late or failed delivery remain protected by applicable consumer law.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you have nominated, subject to the statutory rules concerning carriers arranged independently by customers.

Further information about delivery services, charges and estimated timescales is available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want customers to shop with confidence and understand their rights when purchasing from Shop Unlimited.

We offer a voluntary 30-day returns policy on eligible products, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For most distance purchases, customers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Additional conditions apply to certain products, including:

  • Watches: Security tags must remain attached and intact for change-of-mind returns under our voluntary 30-day policy.
  • Supplements: Opened or partially consumed supplements are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy. Statutory hygiene-related exclusions apply only where their legal conditions are met.
  • Sound amplifiers: In-ear devices that have been worn or used are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy. A statutory hygiene exception may apply to qualifying sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital downloads: These are excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy. Statutory cancellation rights may be lost once supply begins if the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

These additional conditions do not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed products.

For complete information about eligibility, return postage, refunds and cancellation rights, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You can request return assistance by calling 0203 763 5894 or emailing info@shopunlimitedlive.com.

8.1 Misuse of Returns & Refunds and Account Restrictions

Where we have reasonable evidence of fraudulent or deliberately dishonest misuse of our returns and refunds process, we may, following an individual review, restrict a customer's account from making further purchases or decline future orders before acceptance. Examples include knowingly making false claims to obtain a refund or deliberately returning different goods from those supplied in order to obtain a refund.

Frequent returns or refund requests may prompt a review, but their number alone will not establish misuse. We will not restrict future purchases simply because a customer exercises their statutory cancellation or other consumer rights, or makes genuine returns in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any restriction will be reasonable and proportionate. We will provide written reasons and an opportunity to respond before imposing an ongoing restriction. Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent suspected fraud, we may temporarily restrict further purchases while we investigate and explain the reason as soon as reasonably practicable. You can ask our customer service team to review any restriction by calling 0203 763 5894 or emailing info@shopunlimitedlive.com.

Any restriction concerns future purchasing only and does not remove our obligations or your rights relating to existing orders, including applicable cancellation rights and rights to returns, refunds, repairs or replacements. We will continue to provide support for existing purchases and access to products or services already paid for. Your right to seek independent advice or legal redress remains unaffected.

9. Product Warranties & Guarantees

Some products may be supplied with additional manufacturer warranties, guarantees or service arrangements.

The duration and conditions of these arrangements may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Where a product requires inspection or repair by an authorised service centre, we will explain the relevant process and available options.

Any manufacturer warranty or additional guarantee is provided alongside, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory rights against Shop Unlimited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Special Offers

From time to time, Shop Unlimited may offer promotional prices, discounts, voucher codes, special bundles and limited-time offers.

Promotions may be subject to specific terms, such as qualifying products, minimum spending requirements, promotional dates or permitted uses. Any significant conditions will be communicated clearly before purchase.

Discount codes and promotional rewards cannot normally be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated or required by law.

Where a promotion has a stated closing date, it will normally end on that date. Genuine stock-limited offers may end when the stated promotional allocation is exhausted.

We may correct genuine promotional errors and take reasonable action against fraudulent or abusive use, subject to existing customer contracts and consumer rights.

We will not retrospectively remove a discount from an accepted order without a lawful basis.

11. Shop Unlimited Rewards Club

Shop Unlimited may offer customers the opportunity to participate in our Rewards Club and other loyalty or promotional programmes.

Participation may allow qualifying customers to collect points, access promotional benefits or receive other rewards in accordance with the programme rules.

Rewards points have no direct cash value, unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be subject to eligibility conditions, redemption requirements and other reasonable restrictions communicated to members.

Where programme changes are necessary, we will communicate material changes appropriately and respect benefits and contractual rights already accrued.

We may take proportionate action where there is evidence of fraudulent or abusive use of the programme. Any separate Rewards Club terms will also apply where properly communicated to participating customers.

12. Customer Accounts & Security

Customers may create an online account to manage purchases, view order information and access other available services.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and taking reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please notify us promptly.

We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect personal information or maintain website security.

We will not use account security requirements to exclude responsibilities imposed on us by data protection or consumer protection legislation.

13. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

Where our website allows customers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you must ensure that your submissions are lawful, accurate where factual, and do not infringe the rights of others.

We may moderate or remove content where we reasonably believe that it is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading or otherwise breaches these Terms.

Where you submit content for publication, you grant Shop Unlimited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary for its intended publication and related promotion, subject to applicable law and any permissions you provide.

We aim to present customer reviews fairly and will not knowingly misrepresent the authenticity or origin of reviews.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the design, layout, graphics, branding, text, video material and other content on our website belong to Shop Unlimited Live Ltd or are used with appropriate permission or licence.

Our website content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for legitimate personal shopping and browsing purposes.

Without appropriate permission or another lawful basis, you must not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial website content for commercial purposes.
  • Republish, sell, license or commercially redistribute protected material.
  • Use our branding in a way that falsely suggests an association, sponsorship or endorsement.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to proprietary software, systems or protected content.

15. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may include links to independent websites or services operated by third parties.

These external services may have their own terms, privacy notices and operating arrangements.

We do not control the content of independent third-party websites and are not responsible for matters arising solely from their independent operation where we have no legal responsibility.

This section does not exclude our responsibility for suppliers, fulfilment partners or service providers where their activities form part of our contractual obligations to you.

16. Website Availability & Technical Issues

We work to keep our website secure, functional and accessible, but there may occasionally be interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, network outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend access to particular website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical improvements.

Where a technical problem affects an order or transaction, please contact our customer service team so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights or our legal responsibilities where services or products have not been supplied as agreed.

17. Our Responsibility to You

Shop Unlimited is committed to treating customers fairly and meeting its contractual and legal obligations.

We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where those losses are foreseeable, subject to applicable law.

We do not accept responsibility for losses caused solely by circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breaches of statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection legislation remain fully protected.

18. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, which organisations may receive it and the rights available to you.

Please read our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle customer information.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, services, legislation or business practices.

Any updated terms will be published on our website, together with an appropriate revision date.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Changes to these Terms will not automatically alter contracts already formed with customers. Existing purchases remain subject to the terms applicable when the contract was formed unless a lawful and properly agreed variation applies.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal protections that apply to you in your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any right you may have to bring proceedings in a court with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

21. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will not be enforceable to the relevant extent. The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally appropriate.

A delay or failure by Shop Unlimited to exercise a contractual right does not automatically mean that the right has been waived.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit statutory consumer rights.

22. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, an order or your consumer rights, our customer service team will be happy to help.
