This kit from Village Fabrics makes a hanging of colourful felt birds, all sewn by hand.
Felt doesn't fray and is easy to cut, so this is a gentle first project, and you can add embroidery to the hearts and wings for more interest.
The kit contains the felt, stuffing and ribbon, full-size templates for the bird, wing and heart, and detailed instructions. Each bird measures approximately 2.5" x 3.5".
