Tim Holtz Idea-ology Neutral Palette Papers — 8 × 8 inches
Sepia, parchment, grey and brown give the Neutral Palette Collection a flexible vintage foundation. Its mix of text, checks and weathered textures works with photographs, stamped images and colourful embellishments. This pack contains 12 double-sided sheets, each 8 × 8 inches.
Inside the Neutral palette
The designs range from pale aged-paper effects to darker soot and wood-like tones. Printed text, collage blocks and smaller repeating patterns offer useful contrasts without relying on a strong accent colour.
Working with the 8 × 8-inch format
The 8 × 8-inch sheets are convenient for smaller scrapbook pages, card panels and journal inserts. Trim or tear sections for tags, pockets and layered detail, choosing which printed side works best for each piece.
A layering idea
Layer a dark strip beneath a lighter paper panel, then add a photograph or a single coloured embellishment as the focal point.
