Cadence Mix Media Artsy Stones — Large
Build tactile detail with Cadence Mix Media Artsy Stones Large. These lightweight white decorative stones can be combined with suitable paints and mediums to create raised texture in mixed-media and craft projects.
Large stones for your composition
Use the Large grade when you want individual stones to stand out in a dimensional focal area or textured mixed-media composition. Vary the placement and density to make the texture part of the design.
Combine with a suitable binding medium
Cadence describes mixing its decorative stones with acrylic paint, gesso, relief paste, gel or adhesive. Use a palette knife, sponge or brush as appropriate for the mixture and surface, then let the binding medium dry fully.
Add colour and connect the layers
The white stones provide a neutral starting point for a painted composition. Test a small mixture first to check adhesion, coverage and how the texture works alongside your other embellishments.
