Cadence Dora Metallic Finger Wax — Rich Gold 20ml
Pick out texture with Cadence Dora Wax Rich Gold 6136. This 20ml water-based gilding wax adds a metallic highlight to prepared decorative surfaces and can be applied precisely with a fingertip, sponge, soft brush or cloth.
Rich Gold on raised details
Rich Gold brings warm metallic accents to ornamental shapes, textured panels and vintage-style decorated objects. Use a small amount so the wax catches the high points while the original colour remains visible in the recesses.
Build the highlight gradually
Apply to a clean, dry surface and let it dry naturally. Cadence allows around 3–6 hours between coats depending on temperature. The Dora Wax shades can be mixed with one another for a custom accent.
Coordinate with the existing finish
Cadence lists use over varnish or beneath lacquer. Test the wax and finishing combination on a small area before applying it to the whole piece, particularly if the existing coating is unknown.
