Cadence Dora Metallic Finger Wax — Diamond 20ml
Pick out texture with Cadence Dora Wax Diamond 6151. This 20ml water-based gilding wax adds a metallic highlight to prepared decorative surfaces and can be applied precisely with a fingertip, sponge, soft brush or cloth.
Diamond on raised details
Diamond adds a reflective highlight to raised decorative details. Try it on a sample of your base colour to judge the finished tone. Use a small amount so the wax catches the high points while the original colour remains visible in the recesses.
Build the highlight gradually
Apply to a clean, dry surface and let it dry naturally. Cadence allows around 3–6 hours between coats depending on temperature. The Dora Wax shades can be mixed with one another for a custom accent.
Coordinate with the existing finish
Cadence lists use over varnish or beneath lacquer. Test the wax and finishing combination on a small area before applying it to the whole piece, particularly if the existing coating is unknown.
