Start with contrasting colours
Choose a base colour that will be visible through the cracks and allow it to dry. Apply the glaze with a dry, soft brush, following the label’s directional guidance and keeping the layer controlled.
Wait for the glaze to become transparent
Cadence specifies adding the chosen paint once the glaze has turned transparent. Apply the top colour in a single pass over each area; repeatedly brushing the same spot can disturb the crackle pattern.
Adjust the scale of the cracks
