Cadence Antiquing Paint — Black 70ml
Bring out cracks, recesses and surface detail with Cadence Antiquing Paint Black 305. This 70ml water-based paint adds dark accents to prepared decorative work, helping you build an aged finish over an existing painted surface.
Emphasise texture and crackle
Work Black into the detail of a textured or crackled surface, then remove excess from the raised areas with a damp cloth. A light base colour helps the remaining dark detail stand out.
Explore stained and wood-grain effects
Cadence describes using Antiquing Paint with suitable acrylic colour, and combining it with Glazing Medium and a wood-graining tool for decorative wood effects. These additional materials are separate; test the full combination before working on the finished piece.
Allow to dry before finishing
Shake well, apply to a prepared surface and let the effect dry naturally. Cadence gives around 3–6 hours depending on conditions, followed by a suitable varnish for the project.
