From dining room startup to national TV channel in 2 years.

A trio of former TV shopping industry professionals have celebrated the second birthday of their fast-growing UK shopping channel, Shop Unlimited Live, after building the business from humble beginnings to they own live tv channel with customer database of more than 100,000 shoppers and employing 15 local people.

Founded by Adam Frisby, Dan Bancroft and Rich Peart, who previously worked for established TV retail brands including Ideal World and Create & Craft, Shop Unlimited Live launched with a mission to bring something fresh and modern to the shopping channel market.

The business began in makeshift fashion, broadcasting from a dining room after internet issues disrupted their original filming plans. Two years later, the company now broadcasts 24 hours a day on Sky 672, Freeview 97, YouTube and online, selling everything from watches and jewellery to beauty, homeware, fitness and fashion.

Company Spokesperson said:

"From humble beginnings, broadcasting from a dining room when our original filming plans fell through, we’ve grown into a shopping channel that offers something genuinely different. Every product has a story, and we welcome everyone — from one-person businesses with great ideas to major distributors."

"To now have our own Sky channel, our own Freeview channel, over 100,000 customers in just two years is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Shop Unlimited Live has built its reputation on live product demonstrations, trusted value and giving both emerging and established suppliers a platform to reach customers nationwide.

As the business celebrates its second birthday, the team says this is only the beginning, with plans for further expansion, new suppliers and continued growth.
