An Update on How to Watch Shop Unlimited
From 1st September, Shop Unlimited will no longer broadcast on Sky channel 672. Here’s what’s changing, why we’ve made the decision, and all the ways you can continue to watch us.
From Tuesday 1st September, Shop Unlimited will no longer be broadcasting on Sky channel 672.
We’ve always said that we want to be open and honest with our customers and community, so we wanted to explain a little more about why we’ve made this decision.
As an independently funded business, the cost of running a television shopping channel is significant. Broadcasting on Sky represents a substantial ongoing cost and, when we look at the number of customers currently watching and shopping with us through that channel, we can no longer justify that level of investment.
For us, this is about making sensible decisions about where we invest — putting our resources into the places where more of you are choosing to watch, shop and spend time with us, while continuing to build Shop Unlimited for the future.
And importantly, Shop Unlimited isn’t going anywhere.
